Advanced Restorative Yoga

  • Deer Run Zenzo Corte Madera, California United States (map)

Although language is one of the most important tools we have to connect with others, especially as teachers, we are sometimes not aware of the power of the words we choose.

Join us for this workshop, where we’ll examine how the words we use with students, family and friends affects our relationships. How can we ask for what we want in ways that help us get it? How can be disagree with someone and still stay in connection with our self and the other person? What does it sound like to speak from the concept of satya, truth?

Especially recommend for yoga teachers and serious students.  Whether you’re a teacher, student on this path, therapist or human being, this workshop will form an invaluable foundation to living yoga.  Offered as a personal exploration, as 10 hr CEU or as part of Twist Yoga’s 500 RYT Independent Study Certification
