Learning Non Violent Communication, Part 3
In this three-part workshop, Judith will present the principles of NVC to help us learn to hear what others are saying to us, not just with our ears, but also with our heart. We will learn how to use language to create clarity, connection, and good will when we speak. Judith says, “NVC is one of the most important tools I have learned to help me be able to deal with conflict, and to be able to clearly ask for what I want, and to hear ‘behind’ the words of others both in life and when I am teaching. Frankly, learning NVC changed my life. This is an interactive course.
