Living Your Yoga: Active and Quiet Practice in Huntington, West Virginia

  • Studio 8 Huntington, WV United States (map)

Please register with the studio here.

Studio 8 is very happy to host Judith Hanson Lasater for her first workshop in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia! Judith truly practices and sees yoga as a fundamental act of kindness toward oneself. This idea is only too often forgotten, but not by Judith, whose approach is warm, non-judgmental and responsive to individual differences and needs. These workshops promise to take you on a yoga journey to yourself, with the gentle guidance of Judith and her love and dedication to yoga as a whole.
Judith Hanson Lasater has taught yoga since 1971. She holds a doctorate in East-West psychology and is a physical therapist. She has trained students and teachers in almost every state of the Union and abroad, is one of the founders of Yoga Journal magazine and is the President Emeritus of the California Yoga Teachers Association. She has written six books, including A Year of Living Your Yoga (2006).
