Theory and Practice intended for experienced students and teachers.

Every yoga asana could be considered a therapeutic technique, and none more than Restorative yoga poses. We will practice for ourselves, as well as observe some of the more advanced Restorative poses in others. Our goals are to both enhance our understanding and to deepen our experience of the power of supported poses to appropriately stimulate or cool and thus balance our energy to bring health and relaxation.
